“Not so happy at the howard Johnson”

My friends and I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and every year it gets worse. Our group had 4 rooms and only three of the rooms had a fridge and microwave. I know thats not a big deal but it can be to some people. Two of the rooms the toilet was not secured properly and had a sever rock to it. Only one of the rooms the exhaust fan would work in the bathroom. Every year i look forward to eating there continental breakfast, and saying hi to the sweat older lady that took care of it. She was not there this year and the breakfast was horible. The real topping on the cake was when I called the front desk to have some extra towels sent up the lady was very rude and told me to come get some towels at the front desk if i needed them. I have never in the past or any other hotel was told that. I was not very happy with the stay this time and has been getting worse every year so i think we will be looking for a different place to stay next year.
