The hotel itself and the amenities were good. We had a comfortable stay. I had to go to the lobby for something at one point and when I got back to the room and sat on the bed my feet were black ! I think a good carpet clean would be good. As for the staff I do have some issues. The front desk person was far from friendly making us feel like we were intruding. We were reluctant to ask any questions about anything. The cleaning staff on Friday July 12 was very rude. When asked to check on a room to see if it was ready , at 3 oclock. told the front desk that she was busy and we would have to wait. This was done right in front of us and I find that kind of behavior very unprofessional and I think some customer service training would help immensely. The safes in both the rooms we had we were unable to use the safes and then were charged for them.
