Thank you for your helpful feedback from your recent stay at our property. I read your review and first want to apologize for the issues that you encountered. We pride ourselves daily on exceeding our guests expectations and making all of our guests feel comfortable. Unfortunately, during your stay we did not reach this goal. Just recently we did some additional training with all of the housekeeping department. In addition, I did check all of the pool steps and all seem to be in very good condition and secure. The pool and hot tub does get checked twice per day and then once per week by the city. I apologize that you were given the impression that your concerns were not important. We take all of our guest concerns very seriously. Last, we have been reviewing our breakfast options. Most of our guests like the scrambled eggs, French toast, and fresh fruit but have also voiced that a meat option or even yogurt would be nice additions. Thank you for taking the time to share your helpful and positive feedback regarding your stay at our property. I am glad you were able to enjoy our large pool area. I know many people are surprised to find that our pool goes from two to ten feet deep. I apologize that there were issues with the keys. We have been doing additional maintenance on the locks in order to try to limit the issues we have with the keys. I am very happy that you had an enjoyable experience at our property.
