“My Feedback”

  , East Selkirk
I stayed with my family in 3 rooms for 2 nights. The parking lot was great. The swimming area was excellent and my children enjoyed it. We had 2 moldy rooms with no air conditioning working and very poor air quality, I asked if they could clean up the mold in the rooms, it was the first evening and they said they would clean off the mold tomorrow, but they never did anything about it. On the way home, one of my children got sick, I can't say that it was the air quality reason, but one thing I have to say: the mold in the rooms most definitely is bad thing, especially for children with asthma. The 3rd room was a little better, but the drainage was not good. After the first night in one room they didn't put any towels at all and in the other rooms, they only put 4 towels for 6 people, I did ask for more towels, but they told me they didn't have clean towels available. The wi-fi was not working at all, they told me to call the internet provider, which I did, but the internet provider told me there was a problem in the hotel equipment and I stopped bothering about it. I feel bad to leave that kind of review, but unfortunately that is what it is and I do not mean to hurt reputation of the hotel. It is nice size of hotel and I think they should defiantly fix a few things in the hotel and buy more towels, especially with the nice pool area.
