“Didn't get a thing I asked for...”; Feb 27, 2013 Wes U, Manitou; We stayed there for the water park so the kids could have fun. I would have packed and left if the kids weren't having fun. Didn't get the room I booked, couldn't even get 2 rooms close together so the family didn't have to walk from one end of the hotel to the other, not the right bed size that I booked, the heating system was so loud I had to turn the heat off at night so we could sleep...I will not stay there again unless I have too.
