“It was overall ok”

The pool had been broken down prior to the day of our stay and so I am assuming thats why the water was very cold the kids and our families kids couldn't swim for very long due to the very cold water and the spa was broke down as well. This was a new years eve stay and so we were very disappointed in the pool area. When I checked in there was a 25 min wait because there was only on person at the counter same with checking out. We came down for the breakfast at 9:30 and they were done serving so most places I have stayed they serve at least until 10 am. There were a families that got reimbursed for there stay but buy the time we got up to the desk the clerk was rude to the customers about asking for a discounts that I left after waiting for 25 mins or longer and I still hadn't been waited on. I understand things happen but after all my stays in hotels this tops them all for service and cold pool area. Also if your going to reimburse some families but not all thats not good business since we all had the same complaints.
