Ma'am, when you checked in, you paid on check in. This is when your credit card is put on file you chose to use and your ID was checked.. we have a signed credit slip stating this was done at the time of check in. We do not see the problem with this? It's our normal system. When you book through a online party you agree to their terms and conditions if you want a discounted rate. Many occasions, by the time your reservation reaches our computer systems, the room you have selected is no longer available. This is due to guest checking in to the hotel before your reservation arrives, and the fact that we have 8 single queens in the entire vicinity, tend to book up first and are the most popular. This is noted on the Wyndham terms and conditions when you book through an online website, such as Wyndham Rewards.This would explain the double bed room you received. Online reservations are always subject to changes, regardless if it is Wynham Rewards or Hotwire. Also, we replaced your coffee maker with a brand NEW one after we received your complaint about the "dusty" coffee maker. We do not see why this would be an issue after it was replaced promptly by staff?? Not to mention the previous coffee maker had a small amount of dust specks that could have easily rinsed off with water, but we chose to replace it with a new one for our customer service satisfaction, and we provided new coffee AND new cups, so this accusation is quite alarming. Also, the shampoo we provided you with was not "used" nor half full. This is the way the brand shampoos are, completely new. They are never filled to the brim, it's how the factory packages them, and I do not know how to explain that any clearer. In your refrigerator, there is a temperature gauge located in the back of the fridge. We were not informed, or we would have taken the time to show you how to operate the temperature gauge to a lower temperature, no problem. The reason why Wyndham did not follow up with your complaints, is because they are not valid and the ones that were issued with our staff were fixed promptly and correctly at the time of your stay, so it is not fair to chastise us for trying to make you completely satisfied, only to still complain about the issues we did fix. We acted on every single complaint you issued to our staff, and fixed them. We are puzzled and disheartened by the accusations you chose to list on TripAdvisor, as we strive to have the best possible customer service in the area. « hide

We sincerely apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. We do inspect our rooms daily, and strive to maintain the best service for our customers. There weren't any problems reported with your room during your stay, or the breakfast area, or it would have been taken care of right away by staff or mgmt. All of our rooms have been recently renovated including new furniture, carpet, and bedding just a few months ago. We're glad that you enjoyed the location and the McDonald's next door to us being so convenient. « hide

We apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory at our establishment. Most of the photographs online (depending on the website) are of our older set up, we recently installed brand new carpet, new furniture, and new bedding and paint in all of the rooms. We also have a new waffle machine that we've only had for a few months, and has been tested and is in working order. We also did not receive any complaints regarding the waffle machine, which is puzzling if it was broken at the time. The pool is salt water/chlorine, which explains the saltiness of the water. It is actually not harmful to humans and more effective and safer than using just regular harsh chemicals to sanitize the pool. We apologize that your experience at our hotel was less than satisfying. I would really like to speak to you personally regarding this matter, as this review is confusing. If you booked online, we do not understand why you would have a voucher? It would already be set up with a non-negotiable price when you arrive. And when you do book online, it is subject to what is available, and sometimes the room type you select will not be the room that is booked due to how the website you use runs. This is stated on almost every website including third party websites in the details. « hide
