“WE rented two rooms. In one room the toilet seat had been...”

WE rented two rooms. In one room the toilet seat had been put on by some amature. He used toggle bolts that couldn't be tighten because they were too big so the seat kept sliding around. The other room had a defective heating system that couldn't be turned off so the temp was over 80F. When the office was informed the first response was to just turn on the AC. When told that was a waste of electricity they sent a "maintenance man" who decided he couldn't fix the problem and told the tenant that he would have to shut off the air and heat if they didn't want to use the AC. That he did. There were empty rooms next to us and the staff never offered to move us. They were friendly, just incompetent and poorly trained. The comp breakfast was good though a second cup of coffee would have been nice.
