“Wake up call nightmare!”

Scheduled a wake up call for 6:45 am. Call came at 5:30 am. Called front desk. Was told they would fix it. Got another call at 5:35 & 5:40. Called again. Said they fixed it and were not sure what the problem was. Got another at 5:45. After being very irritated, I unplugged the phone. Then, when I went to check out at 8 am, the desk clerk could not get logged into the computer. She apologized profusely and she called the manager who came down from her room in what was obviously her pajamas, with her hair all messy, looking very unprofessional. The manager completely disregarded me, and only spoke, rather unkindly, to her employee. It took over a half hour to get checked out, which made me late to my business event.
