“Not a Good Stay”

I am sorry to say that this stay was not at all what is described on the website. The hotel lobby staff was very rude and not accommodating. We were suppose to be placed in a room close to other members traveling with us but we were placed in the "old" tower and they were placed in the "new" tower. Upon our arrival in our room, it was FILTHY! The bathroom floor was so dirty that when I placed water on a hand towel and wiped it with the towel it literally turned black. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The carpet stunk and there were burn holes in the comforter. When asked to be moved, I was told they could not accommodate us that evening that I would have to call back in the morning. When I called in the morning, I was told there was not another room available and that I needed to check later that day. Finally around 6 that evening we were given another room in the "upgraded" tower. I laughed when we entered the room as it was exactly identical to the first room we had. This one had wallpaper ripping from the walls and we had NO towels or wash cloths. There was hair in the drain and the toilet had fecal stains in it. I was totally disgusted by this point. I had to ask the maid for more towels when I saw them on the floor and actually cleaned the disgusting toilet myself. Saying that this hotel was recently renovated or upgraded is NOT the truth. It is old, musty, dirty and is in NEED of a MAJOR overhaul, including the staff. Oh, the free shuttle, the man driving us nearly had us killed and drives like wild man. Scared ALL of us to death. Needless to say, we did not use the "free" shuttle again. Would rather pay $15 a day at Disneyland to ensure our safety.
