“The property was poor to ok but the service was terrible...”

The property was poor to ok but the service was terrible. Arising after our first night we found no hair conditioner in the bathroom and the wrong sized bottom sheet had worked its way off of the bed. I told the front desk about this and was told I had to specifically request conditioner that they only provided shampoo. I requested it. They said they would take care of the sheet. Conditioner was not delivered at all during the remaining three night of our four night visit and the sheet problem was not corrected. When we arrived at our room for our last night at about 10:00PM we were greeted by a room that household service had not even touched! Towels from our morning shower were still on the floor, the bed had not been changed or made. Nothing had been done ... The bottom sheet, of course, off again. The guy at the desk finally came and made up the room while we arkwardly waited. He "fixed" the wrong sized bottom sheet by putting a top sheet over it sidewise.You have certainly lost a customer in us. We never really got a good night sleep because of having to get up again and again to try to straighten out the sheet.
