“Terrible”; Feb 20, 2013 Brenda K, Stittsville; Our room was filthy, we saw potato bugs on the floor. Every morning at 8am they started drilling and pound directly above our bathroom. There was stuff falling from the ceiling. This was the absolute worst stay of any we have had at any hotel/motel ever.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. The hotel is under renovations and there are signs posted that the workers start at 8am. Please look for our new look in the spring 2013. « hide
