“Cold Shower Doesn't Mean I'm Stupid”

The non-smoking room, smelled like smoke,especially the sheets. The whole place had an odor to it, but I was tired. The kickers were in the morning, breakfast - free - yeah, it should be, not much food there and none looked fresh, didn't eat there, I guess that was the point. And let's not forget my cold shower. When asked during checkout how my stay was, I only commented on the shower being cold, the man then attempted to tell me how to turn on the water! Unbelievable! Like I don't know how to make a shower hot. If one knob doesn't make the water hot, then the other should, but not at this hotel. I don't need someone to show me how to turn on the hot water when I am checking out and treating me like an idiot! And what happened to getting a hotel receipt? All I got was my little charge slip and was told that was all I was going to get. Ridiculous, what if I needed to be reimbursed. Do not waste your time, or money at this hotel, it stinks, literally! Also, maybe it is time to make sure that all of the room's outlets work, I had to search the room for places to charge my phone and laptop!
