Thank you for taking the time and write a review in regards to your recent stay. I do apologize that the room was not up to hotel standards. I will for sure look into this with the appropriate departments and see what we can do to improve the quality of the smoking rooms. Please know if you are ever not satisfied with the hotel rooms you can either dial 0 on your hotel phone or come to the front desk and request either a new room or check out. Our non smoking rooms have had more updates then the smoking rooms, perhaps you would like to try a non smoking room in the tower section. They are larger rooms and do have a love seat in them as well. We do pride ourselves on making the hotel guest as comfortable as possible while they are away from home. It is true our smoking rooms do get a lot of use as many hotels have went non smoking. I do apologize that you were not satisfied with your hotel stay however I do hope that you will give us another try in a non smoking room.Best Regards « hide

I do apologize that the gym lights were not on. Sometimes it is just habit of either gym members or hotel guests to turn the lights off when finished.
