“Howard Johnson on Victoria Ave.,in Niagara Falls Canada”

The stay was fine, but not without its problems. We reserved the room in the a.m. of August 8th, 2013. There were a few wireless issues, but not insurmountable ones. The manager who arranged our reservation on night duty at around 12:00 midnight 1:00 a.m was fantastic. He was very tall, about 6'2" with receding hairline. He was extremely courteous, a very pleasant gentleman....a training model for other Howard Johnson facilities.We were unable to print our boarding passes directly, which posed a problem, as they were unable to open the link we sent them in oder to print it for us. This was a major inconvenience for us, and I think, major opportunity for Howard Johnson.....where it comes to majoring in minor details
