We are working on improving the facilities and there are intermittent closures while the work is being completed we apologize for the temporary inconvenience. Parking is listed on our sites and we do charge as overnight parking is scarce in the area. Most hotels in the area do charge for parking and some more than us. By no means was there favoritism on the room selection. We do try to maintain the guest expectations when possible and reasonable. Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay, we are happy to hear that we could meet your budget and you enjoyed the location. I sorry the pillows and beds were not to your liking, we have just recently purchased all new pillows and received many positive comments about them and the beds for comfort. The hotel is a non-smoking property and unfortunately not everyone adheres to the policies. We apologize if there was an issue, we do make every effort to re-treat the rooms as our guests do expect non-smoking rooms.
