Thank you for your response. The hotel was renovated a little over two years ago and we do continue to update the product including the new 37" LCD flat screen TV's in all rooms. Prices do fluctuate based upon demand and season as we are competetively priced. We hope that your stay overall was positive and hope to see you back again soon. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received during your recent stay. It is standard practice to verify funds available on the form of payment you issue before checking the guest in. We do advise the guest that it is only a hold and the the actual charges would be processed using the hold at check out should you choose to use the same form of payment provided. If there was an issue with the staff I do apologize as that is not normally the way our guests comment about the staff. We appreciate hearing from our guests and their point of view, not all hotels carry these ammenities in the rooms. We do have some on site for those guests who choose to to have them in the room and there is a cost as they are limited. Properties such as ours that have a full service restaurant like Denny's open 24 hours for breakfast do not always offer a breakfast separately it is an individaul choice of each property. I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your request. We are working on improving the facilities and there are intermittent closures while the work is being completed we apologize for the temporary inconvenience. Parking is listed on our sites and we do charge as overnight parking is scarce in the area. Most hotels in the area do charge for parking and some more than us.
