“Frequent Buiness Traveler”; Nov 05, 2012 , Portland; Some staff were not helpful. Went down to front desk to get a bottle opened . No one at front desk. Dialed the number to call front desk staff. No one answers. Looking for front desk staff -- found someone in basement by the breakfast room with lots of other people talk / and laughing loudly--- finally found the staff and requested to a a bottle opened - Staff declined to help aand continued with his party. I am frequent business traveler and I did not expected this from a reputable Hotel.
