Thank you for taking your time to write a review. We understand that some of our rooms are dated especially the carpet, curtain and the mattresses in the smoking rooms. There have been minor changes to the condition of our older rooms at the moment. But up to date, we have fully upgraded some of the non-smoking guest rooms. And we are looking forward to renovate further parts of our hotel. Our hope is that you allow us another opportunity in our renovated room. « hide

Thank you for giving us your observations and advices for your stay at our hotel. It has been encourging with your postive comment like bathroom is clean. Our hotel is a two floors building built some years ago and I understand the inconvenice without elevators for some guests. About the hotel check in policy that requires a valid photo ID e.g. driver's license, we hope you can understand it is for guests security and emergency purpose. We also would like to thank you for bring to our attention of the loose door handle issue and maintenance have been notified taking care of it. We understand our towel is not at high quality and management is looking into it to find a solution between providing better quality towels and loosing towels constantly.Once again, thank you for taking your time giving us your reviews and we will try our best to provide a better accommodation experience in a reasonable price. « hide

Thank you for submitting a review. I am sorry to hear your experience during your stay. Our hotel do provide free tooth paste in front desk if guest request one. There is other brand tooth paste on sale in front desk stored for guest convenience when gift shop is closed. I am sorry Front Desk staff seemed misunderstood you want to buy one. The burn holes on carpet in non-smoking room was probably because some previous guests smoke secretly in non-smoking room and left the burn holes. We will check and try to fix it.For your information, the breakfast included is Continental Breafast that normally including coffee, tea, milk, juice, toast, muffin, bagles, danish sometimes, cereals etc., but no fruit, yogurt for a Continental Breakfast.For the smoke smell in hally way, we encourage and appreciate staff, guests' immediate feedback when they smell anything unusual. We will then check that area immediately to ensure other guests have pleasant environment.Again, we apologize for your experience here and we hope you allow us another opportunity to try our full renovated rooms in your next travelling. « hide

We appreciate the time you spend to write this review. We understand some of our fixtures in some of the rooms are not in a very good condition. But we have updated a few parts of our hotel including renovation for some guest rooms, lamps and carpets replacements in the hallways, and swimming facilities. Your concern about the smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the halls and stairways is very important to us. Please bring to our attention immediate, we wish to track down whom it maybe smoking in a non-smoking area to prevent further occurrence. This will be noted to our housekeeping staffs for them to increase their awareness. We will continue to improve in the comings years. « hide
