“I paid 5 months berore for two no smoking rooms and when I arrived they were available only smoking rooms!!”

- I paid 5 months berore for two no smoking rooms and when I arrived they were available only smoking rooms!! Incredible, the manager very rude, said that was what he had available. I paid for 2 rooms for no smokers, and we were in 4 people. We contacted the phone call from Howard Johnson, protocol 3009210, and the answer was that come into contact in 5 days, We have not yet responded. At the end, the manager put us in 1 room non-smoking with 2 double beds for 2 days. He said he could not give us back the money we pay the two rooms. In short, pay for 2 rooms for 2 days and stayed in 1 room with 4 persons for 2 days. Beyond ruining our trip to Toronto, I believe that the account does not right, pay for 2 rooms and stayed in 1.
