“Sub Par”

1. We arrived at the hotel and found out that they charged our account before check in when online we showed the staff that the charging of the room would be apon check out. We were treated extremely poorly with no empathy for the situation. The front desk employee had me go the wrong direction sending my wife and I on a wild goosh hunt trying to find the place given we are not from Portland,OR. 2. After being treated very poorly and the employee telling me, "You are going to have to deal with it." and when I ask her for a refund for the first night for the bad service and poor quality of of cleanliness of the room she said she couldn't do that and said, "Just because."3. Cleanliness: The room itself was clean but the sheets were see through and stained with who knows what. We found 2 spiders in our bed and the lights in the bathroom were very dim. 4. For the future, if your organization can train their employees to have people skills and to accomidate their tenants, the who thing would have been avoided.
