“Business stay”; Oct 22, 2012 Cynthia G, White Oak; Had to explain to Overnight Clerk issue of request to keep same room because I had 2 separate reservations due to using my reward points to redeem a free night. The Check Out Clerk was helpful in taking information about a leak in the shower of the room that I stayed in.
