“Review”

The Hotel is great, this wasn't my first time there, I like this hotel because of the pool, and the location, The customer service was appalling. At the check-in the lady at front desk was attending me as if I was her biggest enemy, until I said I was going to paid with cash, after that her expression changed. The last night the air conditioner stop working, I call front desk, they said someone would come to check the air conditioner, after almost an hour no one came, I call back again and finally they send someone with no knowledge that had to find someone with less knowledge than him, after almost an hour of unsuccessful trying, they said that it was damaged and that I should open the windows, I complain with them, and after another hour the give me another room, I had to move everything to the other room I was travelling with a 10 month kid, they did'nt help me with nothing, I even had to move the crib wich was provided by Howard Johnson, I spend almost 2 hours moving and re-installing in the other room, Me and my family had a bad night, we could not sleep because of the position of the bed, our original room was a ''right'' room, the second was a ''left'' room, after one of the worst night I had ever had I wanted to stay one more night to recover some sleep, I asked the lady at front desk for a little discount, considering what I went through, but she actually offer me a higher rate, I paid 123.50 per night, (weekend) she offered me 134.50 per night and it was a tuesday. Thank You Howard Johnson !!
