“Needs to be Renovated”; Jan 09, 2013 Irene G, Bronx; Desk was dirty under glass top on table. Room air conditioner could not be controlled. Hotel needs to be upgraded and renovated for the price you charge. Complimentary Breakfast needs improvement. You could hear the person in the next room talk from the Bathroom vent. Needs better Cable TV Channels. King size bed need better mattress.
