“The tub was really bad - in need of grout!Disappointed in...”; Mar 02, 2013 Herbert T, Rochester; The tub was really bad - in need of grout!Disappointed in breakfast. Last year was a wonderful hot brkfst. This year they said they were renovating. We were there at 8 am; waffle machine not ready. No fruit; just a muffin and we took the last 2 yogurts. And it was very cold in the room.

We want to thank you for you comments on your recent stay. We do apologize that your stay was not to your expectations due to renovations going on. We do hope next year you will give us another chance to see the changes we are making. Along with the full service restaurant, we plan on having room service for our traveling guests when they do arrive. For breakfast, besides the complimentary continental breakfast, we will have a menu for hot breakfast to be served fresh.Carina Tiepolt « hide
