“Only one exception to a very nice stay.”; Nov 20, 2012 Robert M, Hudson; Everything was very good except the lady that checked us in and out. She bordered on rude and was very unwilling to assist with requests. I do not recall her name but she had a "skunk-like" hair do with contrasting white and black hair. She was the exception to the rule, however, Others that I dealt with at the desk, cleaning people and people in the continental breakfast area were all very pleasant and helpful.
