“Check-in Snafu”

At check-in, I experienced a conflict of sorts. The guy checking in ahead of me realized that he did not have the three queen-sized beds as booked, but only two q-sized beds and a sofa bed. He made an issue of it, but what could the poor desk clerk do at that point? They were booked solid. She, on her part, should have handled it better, not blaming the whole thing on the GM of the hotel. She did not act professionally or in a courteous manner to the guest, and she bad-mouhted the guest after he left. All in all, not a great way to leave an impression, especially since we were 4 deep in the line.The only other issue was with the toilet. The compressor unit in the reservoir did not function properly and only achieved a partial flush. We managed, but just barely.Other than that, the hotel was just average and our stay was satisfactory.
