“Disappointing”; Nov 06, 2012 Aj D, Asheville; Truthfully, I've never complained about a hotel before, but I felt compelled to make a few comments considering the cost of the room. At nearly 200 dollars for two nights, I was a little disappointed with the following:-Shower never got very hot. Once was actually quite cold. -Wifi only worked in the bathroom. Any further into the actual room, and I would lose signal. Tried on three different devices with the same result-Room smelled VERY strange. Some weird sweet/sour smell that was at times nauseating. Other than that, the stay was fine. I will say that the staff was fantastic and friendly. I spoke with three different clerks between check in and check out, and all were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great team, but the room quality did not meet expectations.
