“Exceeded my expectations”

Despite the reviews I had read before booking, I thought of giving this hotel a try because of the low price and I was surprised to find out that such reviews where not true. The hotel and its staff truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good there was a variety of food, the room was very clean, the free shuttle service was excellent, the drivers were very friendly and polite. There was an Italian Restaurant next to the hotel which made dinner plans a lot easier. Last but not least the hotel staff was courteous and made every effort to help us on getting information needed to visit DC. It was unfortunate that our trip was cut short by the approaching storm. Robert was very helpful at the time of checking out in a rush, getting us a taxi to be able to get the last available flight out of Baltimore. Thanks Robert!!! Great job !!!
