“OK, but everything seemed complicated”

- The room key was different than any I've seen and I had to go back to the desk to find out how it worked. I never did figure out what switches turned on what lights and ended up having to screw and unscrrew light bulbs. Either the remote - and thus the TV - didn't work or it was too complicated to figure out (I stay in about a dozen hotels a year, so it's not just me) and I think 7:a.m. is not early enough for a complimentary breakfast, particularly when the lobby door was locked and the room coffee pot doesn't work (my fault, I forgot about the need to punch a button on a wall plug to access power). I wouldn't stay again at this location at the price I had to pay
