“Potential, but not there yet.”; Nov 13, 2012 Maxwell P, Amarillo; Bedside outlets not working, therefore no bedside lighting.Wall A/C units incredibly loud.TV too small for wall.Towels sub-par.Pillows sub-par.Wifi was not working.It is a shame, because this hotel has so much potential. But little things like this make all the difference in the world. And in the aggregate, they can kill a hotel reputation. All this adds up to the result that we won't be back to HoJos Lubbock. Insult to injury, because it was a game weekend, we paid way, way too much.
