Thank you for taking out the time to leave us a review on TripAdvisor. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We strive hard to meet Howard Johnson standards, which is why we're going through a renovation process inside our rooms, without coming in the way of our guest's. We did address the challenge you were having with the keycard after you mentioned it to us while checking out. Since our locks get the brundt of exterior weather fluctuation on a daily basis, a simple card cleaning usually rectifies the problem. Please do keep us in mind should you wish to come back to San Antonio. Thanks again. « hide
