“got to hotel in evening, front desk person friendly but was...”

- got to hotel in evening, front desk person friendly but was on phone when we arrived. A computer issue tied up the process and I was told at one point that I was not going to be able to be checked in. (???) But then the computer came back up and we got room. My rate was supposed to be 50.14 plus 11 percent tax for 2 nights but my ending bill was 130 dollars. Not sure why that happened, it showed up that way on my CC statement,. Curtain rod was on the floor when we returned during second day, had to fix that. Won't be coming back, sorry to say.
