Air quality and flow of air needs to be improved. Rooms are very dry to begin with. Given heat/fan/air is attached to outside wall,only the people sleeping in bed near the source of air/far/heat benefits from average air quality. The people sleeping in bed furthest away from source of hear/fan suffer from lack of appropriate air flow exchange.Sheets and bedding need to be updated, to include comforter...they do not offer much warmth against the body and they feel paper thin. Doors to room need to be replaced as there exists a large gap with enables hallway sounds to travel into rooms. Carpets in hallways need to be replaced. Pool needs to be updated to salt exchanger...chlorine smell is extremely strong. Good points: Excellent service at reception, continental breakfast is a 5/5, staff are very friendly and are give feeling of being genuinely concerned of customers needs. Location of hotel: Hotel needs to create another entrance/access route. Currently there is only one at the front of the hotel and this location hinders ability to exit hotel in timely matter. May want to consider creating an exist from rear parking lot...which would allow customers to access the Canadian Tire lot and perhaps exit the area at a traffic light further to the WEST on Bayview/Bayfield.
