“Sad experience”

Before I booked the room I requested for my room to be clean. The adm assure me thatit was going to be so. When we got there, the clerk assure us that the cc w as not going to be processed it was was to hold the room, I advice that we will be paying cash. When we went to the room the bed was made, the sheets were never changed. When I opened the cabinet the tv was so filty and so dusty that I was shocked Then I realized that I must do something about th is> I went to the office and demanded service and I got it. I Left and came back the garbage was not pick up, I demanded service and when I went to pay they had already charged my card when I strickly told them that we were going to pay cas.as a retired code enforecement personel you have a lot of bldg violations and housekeeping negligence.. There was no housekeeping personnel, they had a maintenenace employee a guy just hired to clean my room,and bring me clean towels and I addresed the things to do. The floor has never been vacuum, the stairs have never been pressure clean, the parking lot is black needs heavy duty cleaning, and the yellow stripes need to be painted. This personnel handling the hotel I don't think the have any experience in the hotel business. In all reality the reason why I stayed i was out all day out but they would not see me again. I believe not ready for the public . They should repair every violations and housekeeping issued and do everythig they need to do before they can open to the public. The facility has potential if the do the repairs and the cleaning. hey
