“In addition to my comments below. There was a car parked...”

In addition to my comments below. There was a car parked marked "just married" that blocked my parking space and did not move for the 4 days we were at your hotel. I was told that it was a couple that parked their car on the premises and they were off on a honeymoon. This car should have been parked in the center of the lot not to impact your paying guests. Upon check out I was charged for the safe in each room although your staff had a key for only one of the safes. I was angry and your staff said that it is a SF charge. OK I understand the charge if you had the capability to use the safe and it was at least a choice. Not so here. Upon check out it took 15 minutes because of the "computer". More likely your staff had the problem. All in all it was alwful never to be repeated again.
