“Not the stay I was looking forward to”; Jan 09, 2013 Wendi D, Roanoke; Had to move rooms b/c bed was broke. Indoor heated pool was closed until 5/27/13 supposed to be open all year round. Jacuzzi in room was broke. Paid more $ to stay here b/c of amenities. Big mistake!
