“Octoberfest”

Very expensive but expected for a festival weekend. The problem was when we lost our key at midnight and couldn't contact anyone to let us in. Called local number, corporate number, who hung up on us, and even had other guest call from his room. Finally another guest climbed to second floor and slid our window, that would not lock, open and let us in. Later we were contacted by someone claiming to be owner and proceeded to tell us we were a liar and drunk for claiming that we couldn't get in. The next morning we were compensated for the nights stay by a very nice and helpful front end person. The general mgr also followed up with a call to apologize. I have never experienced this level of customer service at any other hotel and will choose to spend my dollars at other establishments in the future.
