“Spokane HoJo”

This was a very disappointing stay for us. The room was ok except for the Shampoo appeared to have been used by the previous people and wasn't replaced. The pillows were so small and uncomfortable it seemed they belonged on an Airplane in coach. The night time staff was excellent and helpful. We were unimpressed by the owner, The Continental breakfast didn't have any syrup for the waffles and the owner didn't care and made excuses that she wasn't allowed to put anymore out. I find it inconceivable that they cap their syrup output for customers and it wasn't like the hotel was full.this was lousy customer service by the owner so there should have been 0 excuses. the bananas were so green you couldn't even peel them, the cereal was going stale.
