“A nice place to stay for the money.”; Feb 05, 2013 Kathleen Z, Clintonville; We stay at this hotel when we are in Madison for a night as it is closer to family in the area, the price is usually reasonable, it is cleanly and close to a grocery store and the Mall. We usually do not have any problems except for the last stay. I was quoted a price on the Wyndham website that was lower than what I was charged the following morning when I checked out. I'm glad I said yes when asked if I wanted a receipt, because when I checked the bill that night I noticed the mistake. I even handed the person at the counter my print off of the reservation. It would have been nice if she would have checked the price quote, or asked me to verify the cost of the room. I will watch more closely now. Am waiting to hear back from the hotel to see if they changed my room charge to the price it should have been, which was with an AARP discount.
